Working with Blanchford was a real pleasure. Our account manager Tara walked us through the whole process and listened to what we wanted in our garden. Their team did the work quickly and throughly. And once they were done they did a great tidy up job. The garden was photo ready. We’re enjoying the second year of our garden now and everything is starting to fill in and it looks fantastic. Having Tara follow up with us each spring has been great. And the crew they send in for spring tidying keep the place looking fantastic.
The design for our garden was unusual - Japanese style using native plants - so I was looking for landscapers who were comfortable with that style and prepared to pay attention to the details that make it work. Blanchford fit the bill: the owner spent an extended period living in Japan and they specialize in native plants. They did a stellar job installing the design and were able to suggest changes to use materials that were more readily available (and cost-effective). The sidewalks were designed with two different sizes and styles of pavers, in a balanced-random pattern, and the end result was perfect. They were easy to work with, friendly, responsive, and ready to fix any problems that cropped up. Best of all, they are able to provide skilled maintenance to keep the garden looking its best. I am delighted that I found Blanchford and would work with them again on any complex landscaping project.
From design through maintenance, Blanchford is thoughtful, careful, and very professional. The plan was detailed so adjustments could be made. Chosen boulders brought garden steps to life as natural birdbaths. Over the past years, annual maintenance has been super! This year's team of Corrine and Fabi couldn't have been better, and our total landscape reflects their love and care.
